The latest improvement to my Alaska Grow Buckets design is a Bucket Insert. The Alaska Grow Buckets self watering system continues to work just as it always has and they are just as easy to use.
The Bucket Insert is designed to fit inside a standard 5 gallon bucket below the fabric grow bag and allows the irrigation water to flow freely into the bottom of the bucket.
This Bucket Insert replaces the original plastic kitchen colanders.
You can get the new Bucket Insert online and order a set of 8 inserts for your Alaska Grow Buckets self watering system at a much lower cost then 8 plastic colanders.
